Iracoubo-Sud

FRENCH GUYANA | EXPLORING

General

The PER of South Iracoubo is located between the communes of Mana, Iracoubo and Saint-Élie in northwestern French Guiana, 120 km west of Cayenne. This PER covers a total area of 208,6 km² in the geological continuity of the PER of Bon Espoir, with the same exploration strategies. This PER was granted in February 2010 to Golden Star Ressources Minières LLP, which became Armina Ressources Minières LLP following the acquisition of Golden Star Resources Ltd.’s mining titles by Auplata.

Iracoubo Sud

Le PER d’Iracoubo-Sud se situe à cheval sur les communes de Mana, Iracoubo et Saint-Elie, dans le nord-ouest de la Guyane française, à 120 km à l’ouest de Cayenne. Ce PER couvre 208,6 km² encontinuité géologique du PER de Bon Espoir, avec les mêmes perspectives d’exploration. Il a étéoctroyé en février 2010 à la société Golden Star Ressources Minières S.A.R.L., devenue ArminaRessources Minières S.A.R.L. suite à l’acquisition des titres miniers de Golden Star Resources Ltd. par Auplata. Des phases d’exploration vont être entreprises sur ce secteur encore vierge de toutes recherches intensives.

Adzopé

CÔTE D’IVOIRE | EXPLORATION

Général

Le permis exclusif de recherche (PER) d’Adzopé se situe près d’Abidjan dans le sud-est de la Côte d’Ivoire. Il couvre environ 186 km². OMCI a conclu l’acquisition, en 2013, auprès de Newmont Mining du permis minier d’Adzopé. Ce permis est actuellement en cours de renouvellement. Au cours des premières campagnes de forage, deux zones se sont révélées particulièrement intéressantes : *Zone de Kong – 64 forages – 3 508 mètres : anomalies aurifères *Zone d’Adonkoi – 44 forages – 3 145 mètres : 2m@5,4g/t, 12m@1,54g/t, 4m@5,49g/t, 2m@10,8g/t. Dès renouvellement du permis, OMCI est déterminée à poursuivre les campagnes de forages, en s’appuyant sur son partenaire industriel et financier, afin de valoriser un potentiel qui pourrait atteindre le million d’onces sur ce permis.

Dieu Merci

GUYANE FRANÇAISE | EXPLOITATION

Général

“Dieu Merci” se situe sur la commune de Saint-Élie, à environ 120 km à l’Ouest de Cayenne dans un district minier historique datant de la fin du XIXème siècle. Auplata est détenteur de trois concessions (appelées “Dieu Merci”, “La Victoire” et “Renaissance”), exploitées depuis les années 1800. Comme l’ensemble des concessions perpétuelles en France, elles ont expiré le 31 décembre 2018 et sont en cours de renouvellement. Elles représentent une superficie totale de 136,5 km². Consécutivement à l’obtention de l’autorisation préfectorale pour son unité industrielle de cyanuration sur le site de Dieu Merci, Auplata a fait procéder à une analyse permettant de valider la quantité d’or résiduelle dans les bassins de rejets « tailings pond » de Dieu Merci (nb : résidus de de minerai de l’usine suite à une exploitation gravimétrique qui n’a permis de ne récupérer que 20 % de l’or). Les résultats d’une première campagne de forages, démontrent d’ores et déjà la présence de ressources représentant environ de 300 000 oz (1 tonne) d’or sur le périmètre exploré, soit une valeur potentielle totale de plus de 40 M€ au cours actuel de l’or. Des forages vont se poursuivre sur les zones de tailings non explorées.

San Miguel

PÉROU | EXPLORATION

Général

Le site comporte 7 concessions pour un total de 4.716 hectares et 10 km de veines. 6 veines ont été exploitées par le passé et d’autres ont été identifiées et ont fait l’objet de prélèvements. L’or contenu est estimé entre 0,5 et 5 g / tonne et l’argent entre 1 et 30 oz / tonne.

Suytuckambo

PÉROU | EXPLOITATION

Général

15 concessions minières pour un total de 3.308 hectares. La minéralisation du dépôt aurait une capacité estimée en or de 0,5 – 10 g / tonne et en argent de 1 – 12 oz / tonne. Un programme de travail et d’étude est en cours de développement afin d’établir la démarche appropriée dans le cadre de l’exploration et de la réhabilitation du site.

Midelt

MAROC | EXPLORATION

Général

Domaine plombifère de Midelt :
Les filons de la Hautes Moulouya se situent dans la province de Midelt. Depuis 2011 un programme de recherche comportant des travaux topo-géologique, d’échantillonnage et des campagnes de sondages carottés ont été réalisé sur ce domaine. Pas moins de 9.000 mètres de sondages carottés on été réalisés à ce jour. Les résultats sont encourageants et ont permis de mettre en évidence des ressources d’environ 1 500 000 t à 4% Pb. Une filiale de CMT a été créée, MINREX, pour prendre en charge le développement de ce projet.

Adzopé

IVORY COAST | EXPLORATION

Général

Adzopé’s exclusive research permit (PER) is located near Abidjan in south-eastern Ivory Coast. It covers a total area of 186 km². OMCI completed the acquisition, in 2013, of the Adzopé mining permit from Newmont Mining. This permit is currently being renewed. During the first drilling campaigns, two zones proved to be particularly interesting : * Zone of Kong – 64 drillings – 3,508 meters: gold anomalies *Zone of Adonkoi – 44 drillings – 3,145 meters : 2m@5,4g/t, 12m@1,54g/t, 4m@5,49g/t, 2m@10,8g/t The entire area explored is characterized by highly maintained agricultural fields. We find fields of cocoa, rubber, coffee as well as mandarin trees, manioc and grapefruits which will make it very difficult to develop the site. Mineralization appears subvertical and this type of mineralization can be difficult to target and study by drilling. Despite some interesting anomalous zones, this permit by its context and geology does not demonstrate an interest that would justify an additional exploration campaign.

Mont Goma

IVORY COAST | EXPLORATION

Général

On the 25th of February 2015, the Council of Ministers granted OMCI, for a first period of 4 years, two PERs called PER Mont Goma Sud (445 km²) and Mont Goma Nord (228 km²), for a total area of 673 km². These two PERs are located some 12 km southwest of the city of Seguela in western Ivory Coast. Between 2009 and 2010, a geochemical prospecting campaign revealed 4 anomalies that should justify the continuation of the exploration on
these two PER. These gold occurrences seem to occupy privileged positions, meaning that they are located at the edge of the Intrageo-synclines or (IGS) that control almost all the gold regions in the Ivory Coast. The search for gold deposits along the SEGUELA shear zone deserves further examination.

Tighza

MORROCO | EXPLOTATION

Général

The mining center of Tighza is located in the administrative region of Meknes – Tafilalet, in the Middle Atlas, 5 km from the town of M’rirt (90 km south of Meknes).
The farm occupies the center of an area of high hills rising to 1,494 m at Jbel Aouam, and between the trays of M’rirt southeast and Tanadra west.
Geologically, the mining center is located in the northeastern part of Hercynian Morocco. It is integrated in the evolution of the magmatic and hydrothermal events of the northern part of the Moroccan Meseta and is characterized by four granitic points and Pb / Zn / Ag / Au / W polymetallic mineralizations:

. Lead, zinc and silver in the form of MF veins, galena and silver blende
. Gold, vein or in skarns, bound to quartz and sulphides
. Tungsten stratoid and vein, in the form of scheelite and wolframite.

Ore extraction
The Tighza mine is underground and operates 3 veins: Signal, Ighrem Aoussar and Sidi Ahmed. Each of the three operating headquarters has two main wells, one for extraction and the other for service. These wells reach depths of more than 750 m.
The exploitation of the Tighza site currently uses three methods of exploitation, according to the morphology of the deposit and its geotechnical characteristics (land holdings, deepening of mineralization, width of mineralization, mineralization richness, water presence, etc. .).

Production background – Extraction – Processing

The reserves and exploitable resources of the Tighza mining site, calculated at the end of December 2017, amount to more than 5,977 Kttv of ore. The average geological grades at the end of December 2017 are 7.54% for lead, 1.06% for zinc and 147 gr / t for silver. The research work carried out in parallel with the operation is intended to rebuild the reserves, prepare the mine and consequently extend the life of the mine site. These have made it possible over the last few years to restore them beyond exploited tonnages. Research work consists mainly of:
Geophysics and geochemistry from the surface.
Soundings from the day or from the bottom of the mine;
Mining works (galleries, wells and chimneys);

Midelt

MORROCO | EXPLORING

Midelt lead field:
The veins of Hautes Moulouya are located in the province of Midelt. Since 2011, a research program involving topo-geological work, sampling and core drilling surveys has been carried out in this area. No less than 9000m of daytime soundings were carried out. The results are encouraging and have highlighted resources from about 1,500,000 t to 4% Pb. A subsidiary of CMT has been created, MINREX, to take charge of the development of this project.

Tabarouch

MORROCO | EXPLORING

Tabaroucht Mine (Copper):
The Tabaroucht mining area located 50 km southeast of the town of Beni Mellal Fig 2, contains a copper mineralization hosted in a layer affecting the Cretaceous sandstones and the base of the Dogger limestones. This layer shows a dimension 250 m by 250 m on a power of 12 m, slightly sloping to the north and flush in some places. The copper mineralization is 70% oxidized. CMT has carried out several preliminary research works on these mineralizations (soundings, small wells, two galleries). This work made it possible to estimate the resource reserves in this area, which amount to more than 2 million tonnes of ore with a copper content of 1.4%. The tests for the treatment of this ore are in progress.

Suytuckambo

PERU | EXPLORING

Général

15 mining concessions for a total of 3,308 ha. The mineralization of the deposit would have an estimated capacity of gold (0.5 – 10 g / ton) and silver (1.0 – 12.0 oz / ton). A work and studies plan is being developed to establish the appropriate approach for the exploration and rehabilitation of the site.

San Miguel

Général

The site has 7 concessions totaling 4 716 ha with 10 km of veins. 6 veins were extracted in the past and were identified and samples taken from others. Gold content is between 0.5 and 5 g / ton and silver between 1.0 and 30.0 oz / ton.

Condoroma

Général

The Condoroma property is located in southern Peru, with investments in the order of $ 5.4 million in exploration on this property, BGPP has 18 concessions totaling 8,256 hectares, which is an exploration objective for deposits that contain Copper, Silver, Lead and Zinc, and exploration work is needed to understand the amount of resources.

El Santo

PERU | EXPLOTATION

The El Santo Project is an underground mine located 225 km northwest of Arequipa, Peru. The project is being developed in two mining concessions, Sandra 104 and Sandra 105. They represent an area of 315 ha. Seven polymetallic veins are exploited (lead, silver, Zn and Au). At this stage, the exploration and development of the project covered only 10% of the project area.

Couriège

Located in the commune of Saint-Élie, about 120 km west of Cayenne, next to the miningsite of Dieu Merci, the Couriège sector is a particularly promising area which, like the siteof Dieu Merci, has been the subject of mining activity since the end of the 19th century.The exclusive research permit (PER) of Couriège granted on July 3, 2010 covers a total areaof 14 km². Once the gold reserves of this PER have been identified, it will be necessary toobtain an Operating License (PEX) or a concession in order to use Merci Dieu’s cyanidationplant (located nearby) to exploit these reserves

Bon Espoir

Bon Espoir’s exclusive research permit (PER) is located between the communes of Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni and Mana, in northwestern French Guiana, 170 km west of Cayenne. It covers a total area of 122.275 km². Between 1996 and 2005, this zone was the subject of exploration work under an Exclusive Exploration Permit (PER) which highlighted, along the same geological structure, the Wayamaga gold prospect that remains to be developed and numerous gold geochemical anomalies to be tested. Between 2011 and 2012, this PER was the subject of exploration work that revealed a potential of one (1) ton of gold. On September 9, 2014, Auplata signed a strategic joint venture agreement with Newmont Mining covering the PERs of Bon Espoir and Iracoubo Sud (also held by Auplata). This agreement provides for two exploration phases with exploration expenses incurred by Newmont of up to $9 million USD, which would allow Newmont to increase its interest in the joint venture to 75%, with Auplata retaining the remaining 25%.

Yaou

The “Yaou” PEX, with a total surface area of 52 km², is located 12 km northeast of the town of Maripasoula and 230 km southwest of Cayenne. Auplata has held this PEX since November 11, 2009. This site has been in exploration activity for two months now. The revalidation work on NI 43-101 restarted in early March 2019 and drilling will begin in June with a more ” aggressive ” exploration to increase resources and increase their classifications.

Dorlin

FRENCH GUYANA | EXPLOTATION

General

The “Dorlin” PEX, with a total surface area of 84 km², is located in the Centre West of French Guiana, 56 km east of Maripasoula and 190 km southwest of Cayenne. A request for renewal of the PEX “Dorlin” was submitted to the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry on 6 July 2015. It is under examination. This PEX is currently being explored by Reunion Gold RGD-TSX with which Auplata has signed a JV agreement. The agreement gives Reunion a 5-year option to acquire 75% of Dorlin’s mining title. For the exercise of the option, it must complete and deliver a “bankable” feasibility study within 5 years (ending in 2022); if the option is exercised, Auplata will have the option to retain its participation in the future joint venture or convert it into a royalty on the future operation of the mine.

Dieu Merci

The commune of Saint-Élie, about 120 km west of Cayenne in a historic mining district dating back to the end of the 19th century. Auplata holds three concessions (called Dieu Merci “, ” La Victoire ” and ” Renaissance “), which have been exploited since the 1800s. Like all perpetual concessions in France, they expired on 31 December 2018 and are currently being renewed. They represent a total area of 136.5 km². Following the obtaining of the prefectural authorization for its industrial cyanidation unit on the site of Dieu Merci, Auplata had an analysis carried out to validate the quantity of residual gold in the tailings pond of Dieu Merci (nb: mineral residues from the plant following gravimetric mining which only allowed the recovery of 20% of the gold. The results of a first drilling campaign already show the presence of resources representing approximately 300,000 oz (1 ton) of gold on the explored area, representing a total potential value of more than 40 million euros at the current gold price. Drilling will continue on the unexplored tailings areas.

Located in the commune of Saint-Élie, about 120 km west of Cayenne, next to the miningsite of Dieu Merci, the Couriège sector is a particularly promising area which, like the siteof Dieu Merci, has been the subject of mining activity since the end of the 19th century.The exclusive research permit (PER) of Couriège granted on July 3, 2010 covers a total areaof 14 km². Once the gold reserves of this PER have been identified, it will be necessary toobtain an Operating License (PEX) or a concession in order to use Merci Dieu’s cyanidationplant (located nearby) to exploit these reserves

FRENCH GUYANA | EXPLORING

Bon Espoir’s exclusive research permit (PER) is located between the communes of Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni and Mana, in northwestern French Guiana, 170 km west of Cayenne. It covers a total area of 122.275 km². Between 1996 and 2005, this zone was the subject of exploration work under an Exclusive Exploration Permit (PER) which highlighted, along the same geological structure, the Wayamaga gold prospect that remains to be developed and numerous gold geochemical anomalies to be tested. Between 2011 and 2012, this PER was the subject of exploration work that revealed a potential of one (1) ton of gold. On September 9, 2014, Auplata signed a strategic joint venture agreement with Newmont Mining covering the PERs of Bon Espoir and Iracoubo Sud (also held by Auplata). This agreement provides for two exploration phases with exploration expenses incurred by Newmont of up to $9 million USD, which would allow Newmont to increase its interest in the joint venture to 75%, with Auplata retaining the remaining 25%.

The “Yaou” PEX, with a total surface area of 52 km², is located 12 km northeast of the town of Maripasoula and 230 km southwest of Cayenne. Auplata has held this PEX since November 11, 2009. This site has been in exploration activity for two months now. The revalidation work on NI 43-101 restarted in early March 2019 and drilling will begin in June with a more ” aggressive ” exploration to increase resources and increase their classifications.

Dorlin

FRENCH GUYANA | EXPLOTATION

The “Dorlin” PEX, with a total surface area of 84 km², is located in the Centre West of French Guiana, 56 km east of Maripasoula and 190 km southwest of Cayenne. A request for renewal of the PEX “Dorlin” was submitted to the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry on 6 July 2015. It is under examination. This PEX is currently being explored by Reunion Gold RGD-TSX with which Auplata has signed a JV agreement. The agreement gives Reunion a 5-year option to acquire 75% of Dorlin’s mining title. For the exercise of the option, it must complete and deliver a “bankable” feasibility study within 5 years (ending in 2022); if the option is exercised, Auplata will have the option to retain its participation in the future joint venture or convert it into a royalty on the future operation of the mine.

Dieu Merci

FRENCH GUYANA | EXPLOTATION

The commune of Saint-Élie, about 120 km west of Cayenne in a historic mining district dating back to the end of the 19th century. Auplata holds three concessions (called Dieu Merci “, ” La Victoire ” and ” Renaissance “), which have been exploited since the 1800s. Like all perpetual concessions in France, they expired on 31 December 2018 and are currently being renewed. They represent a total area of 136.5 km². Following the obtaining of the prefectural authorization for its industrial cyanidation unit on the site of Dieu Merci, Auplata had an analysis carried out to validate the quantity of residual gold in the tailings pond of Dieu Merci (nb: mineral residues from the plant following gravimetric mining which only allowed the recovery of 20% of the gold. The results of a first drilling campaign already show the presence of resources representing approximately 300,000 oz (1 ton) of gold on the explored area, representing a total potential value of more than 40 million euros at the current gold price. Drilling will continue on the unexplored tailings areas.

Adzopé

IVORY COAST | EXPLORATION

Adzopé’s exclusive research permit (PER) is located near Abidjan in south-eastern Ivory Coast. It covers a total area of 186 km². OMCI completed the acquisition, in 2013, of the Adzopé mining permit from Newmont Mining. This permit is currently being renewed. During the first drilling campaigns, two zones proved to be particularly interesting : * Zone of Kong – 64 drillings – 3,508 meters: gold anomalies *Zone of Adonkoi – 44 drillings – 3,145 meters : 2m@5,4g/t, 12m@1,54g/t, 4m@5,49g/t, 2m@10,8g/t The entire area explored is characterized by highly maintained agricultural fields. We find fields of cocoa, rubber, coffee as well as mandarin trees, manioc and grapefruits which will make it very difficult to develop the site. Mineralization appears subvertical and this type of mineralization can be difficult to target and study by drilling. Despite some interesting anomalous zones, this permit by its context and geology does not demonstrate an interest that would justify an additional exploration campaign.

Mont Goma

On the 25th of February 2015, the Council of Ministers granted OMCI, for a first period of 4 years, two PERs called PER Mont Goma Sud (445 km²) and Mont Goma Nord (228 km²), for a total area of 673 km². These two PERs are located some 12 km southwest of the city of Seguela in western Ivory Coast. Between 2009 and 2010, a geochemical prospecting campaign revealed 4 anomalies that should justify the continuation of the exploration on
these two PER. These gold occurrences seem to occupy privileged positions, meaning that they are located at the edge of the Intrageo-synclines or (IGS) that control almost all the gold regions in the Ivory Coast. The search for gold deposits along the SEGUELA shear zone deserves further examination.

Midelt

Midelt lead field:
The veins of Hautes Moulouya are located in the province of Midelt. Since 2011, a research program involving topo-geological work, sampling and core drilling surveys has been carried out in this area. No less than 9000m of daytime soundings were carried out. The results are encouraging and have highlighted resources from about 1,500,000 t to 4% Pb. A subsidiary of CMT has been created, MINREX, to take charge of the development of this project.

Tabarouch

MORROCO | EXPLORING

Tabaroucht Mine (Copper):
The Tabaroucht mining area located 50 km southeast of the town of Beni Mellal Fig 2, contains a copper mineralization hosted in a layer affecting the Cretaceous sandstones and the base of the Dogger limestones. This layer shows a dimension 250 m by 250 m on a power of 12 m, slightly sloping to the north and flush in some places. The copper mineralization is 70% oxidized. CMT has carried out several preliminary research works on these mineralizations (soundings, small wells, two galleries). This work made it possible to estimate the resource reserves in this area, which amount to more than 2 million tonnes of ore with a copper content of 1.4%. The tests for the treatment of this ore are in progress.

Tighza

MORROCO | EXPLOTATION

The mining center of Tighza is located in the administrative region of Meknes – Tafilalet, in the Middle Atlas, 5 km from the town of M’rirt (90 km south of Meknes).
The farm occupies the center of an area of high hills rising to 1,494 m at Jbel Aouam, and between the trays of M’rirt southeast and Tanadra west.
Geologically, the mining center is located in the northeastern part of Hercynian Morocco. It is integrated in the evolution of the magmatic and hydrothermal events of the northern part of the Moroccan Meseta and is characterized by four granitic points and Pb / Zn / Ag / Au / W polymetallic mineralizations:

. Lead, zinc and silver in the form of MF veins, galena and silver blende
. Gold, vein or in skarns, bound to quartz and sulphides
. Tungsten stratoid and vein, in the form of scheelite and wolframite.

Ore extraction
The Tighza mine is underground and operates 3 veins: Signal, Ighrem Aoussar and Sidi Ahmed. Each of the three operating headquarters has two main wells, one for extraction and the other for service. These wells reach depths of more than 750 m.
The exploitation of the Tighza site currently uses three methods of exploitation, according to the morphology of the deposit and its geotechnical characteristics (land holdings, deepening of mineralization, width of mineralization, mineralization richness, water presence, etc. .).

The reserves and exploitable resources of the Tighza mining site, calculated at the end of December 2017, amount to more than 5,977 Kttv of ore. The research work carried out in parallel with the operation is intended to rebuild the reserves, prepare the mine and consequently extend the life of the mine site. Suytuckambo

Général

15 mining concessions for a total of 3,308 ha. The mineralization of the deposit would have an estimated capacity of gold (0.5 – 10 g / ton) and silver (1.0 – 12.0 oz / ton). A work and studies plan is being developed to establish the appropriate approach for the exploration and rehabilitation of the site.

El Santo

Le projet El Santo est une mine souterraine située à 225 km au nord-ouest d’Arequipa, au Pérou. Ce projet se développe sur deux concessions minières, Sandra 104 et Sandra 105. Elles représentent à elles deux une surface de 315 hectares. Sept veines polymétalliques sont exploitées (plomb, argent, zinc et or). À cette étape de l’exploration et du développement, 10% seulement de la surface du projet a été couvert.

DORLIN

Général

Le site minier de Dorlin est situé dans le centre ouest de la Guyane Française, à 56 km à l’est de Maripasoula et à 190 km au sud-ouest de Cayenne. Une demande de renouvellement du permis d’exploitation (PEX) de 109 km² a été déposée auprès du Ministère de l’Economie, des Finances et de l’Industrie le 6 juillet 2015. Elle est en cours d’instruction. La production a débuté en 2014, assurée par un prestataire en sous-traitance.

La propriété de Condoroma est située au sud du Pérou. L’exploration de cette propriété a fait l’objet d’investissements de l’ordre de $5,4 millions de dollars. BGPP y possède 18 concessions pour un total de 8.256 hectares. C’est un objectif d’exploration du fait de ses dépôts contenant du cuivre, de l’argent, du plomb et du zinc et un travail d’exploration est nécessaire pour comprendre la quantité de ressources disponibles.

Couriège

GUYANE FRANÇAISE | EXPLORATION

Général

Situé sur la commune de Saint-Elie à environ 120 km à l’ouest de Cayenne, jouxtant le site minier de Dieu Merci. Le secteur de Couriège est une zone particulièrement prometteuse qui, à l’image du site de Dieu Merci, a fait l’objet d’une activité minière depuis la fin du XIXème siècle. Le permis exclusif de recherches (PER) de Couriège, qui s’étend sur une superficie totale de 14 km², a été octroyé le 3 juillet 2010. Les réserves de cette zone pourront être exploitées, après obtention d’un titre minier d’exploitation, par l’usine de traitement de Dieu-Merci située à proximité.

Mont Goma

CÔTE D’IVOIRE | EXPLORATION

Les Permis de recherche (PR) « Mont Goma Nord » PR 273et « Mont Goma Sud »PR 451 se situent dans le département de Séguéla et Vavoua dans l’ouest de la Côte d’Ivoire. Une campagne de prospection géochimique, géophysique au sol, tarières et forages a été réalisée entre 2015 et 2019, elle a permis de mettre en évidence 4 zones anormales justifiant la poursuite de l’exploration sur les permis de Mont Goma, d’une surface totale de 673,8 km². Les permis de recherche Mont Goma Sud et Mont Goma Nord ont été attribués à OMCI lors du conseil des Ministres du 25 février 2015, pour une première période de 4 ans, venue à échéance en février 2019. Des demandes de renouvellement sont en cours et la société est actuellement en phase de préparation d’une nouvelle campagne d’exploration afin de tester de nouvelles anomalies et réaliser de nouveaux forages en fonction des résultats obtenues.

Tabarouch

MAROC | EXPLORATION

Mine de Tabaroucht (Cuivre) :
Le domaine minier de Tabaroucht situé à 50 Km au Sud-Est de la ville de Beni Mellal Fig 2, comporte une minéralisation cuprifère encaissée dans une couche affectant les grès crétacés et la base des calcaires du Dogger. Cette couche montre une dimension 250 m sur 250 m sur une puissance de 12 m, légèrement pentée vers le nord et affleurante à certains endroits. Les minéralisations cuprifères sont à 70% oxydées. CMT a réalisé plusieurs travaux de recherche préliminaires sur ces minéralisations (sondages, petits puits, deux galeries). Ces travaux ont permis de bien estimer les réserves – ressources de ce domaine qui s’élèvent à plus de 2 millions de tonnes de minerai avec une teneur en cuivre de 1,4%. Les essais de traitement de ce minerai sont en cours de réalisation.

Tighza

MAROC | EXPLOITATION

Le centre minier de Tighza est situé dans la région administrative de Meknès – Tafilalet, au Moyen Atlas, à 5 Km de la ville de M’rirt (90 Km au sud de Meknès).

Extraction du minerai
La mine de Tighza est souterraine et exploite 3 filons : Signal, Ighrem Aoussar et Sidi Ahmed. Chacun des trois sièges d’exploitation a comme infrastructure principale deux puits, un pour l’extraction et l’autre de service. Ces puits atteignent des profondeurs de plus de 750 m.
L’exploitation du site de Tighza utilise actuellement trois méthodes d’exploitation, en fonction de la morphologie du gisement et de ses caractéristiques géotechniques (tenue des terrains, approfondissement des minéralisations, largeur des minéralisations, richesse des minéralisations, présence d’eau, etc.).

Les réserves et ressources exploitables du site minier de Tighza, calculées à fin Décembre 2017, ressortent à plus de 5 977 Kttv de minerai. La mine de Tighza est souterraine et exploite 3 filons : Signal, Ighrem Aoussar et Sidi Ahmed. Chacun des trois sièges d’exploitation a comme infrastructure principale deux puits, un pour l’extraction et l’autre de service. Ces puits atteignent des profondeurs de plus de 750 m.
L’exploitation du site de Tighza utilise actuellement trois méthodes d’exploitation, en fonction de la morphologie du gisement et de ses caractéristiques géotechniques (tenue des terrains, approfondissement des minéralisations, largeur des minéralisations, richesse des minéralisations, présence d’eau, etc.).

Les réserves et ressources exploitables du site minier de Tighza, calculées à fin Décembre 2017, ressortent à plus de 5 977 Kttv de minerai. Les teneurs géologiques moyennes à fin Décembre 2017 sont de 7,54% pour le plomb, 1,06% pour le zinc et 147 gr/t pour l’argent. Les travaux de recherche menés en parallèle avec l’exploitation sont destinés à reconstituer les réserves, à préparer la mine et par conséquent, prolonger la durée de vie du site minier. Celles-ci ont permis sur les dernières années à les reconstituer au-delà des tonnages exploités. Les travaux de recherche consistent principalement en :
Des travaux de géophysique et de géochimie à partir de la surface.
Des sondages à partir du jour ou à partir du fond de la mine ;
Des travaux miniers (galeries, puits et cheminées).

Bon Espoir

GUYANE FRANÇAISE | EXPLORATION

Général

Le permis exclusif de recherche (PER) de Bon Espoir se situe à cheval sur les communes de Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni et de Mana, dans le nord-ouest de la Guyane française, à 170 km à l’ouest de Cayenne. Il couvre 122 km². Cette zone a fait l’objet de travaux d’exploration entre 1996 et 2005 qui ont mis en évidence, le long d’une même structure géologique, le prospect aurifère de Wayamaga qui reste à développer et de nombreuses anomalies géochimiques en or à tester. Puis, entre 2011 et 2012, ce PER a fait l’objet de travaux d’exploration ce qui a révélé un potentiel minimal de 1 tonne d’or. Le 9 septembre 2014, Auplata a signé un accord stratégique de joint-venture avec Newmont Mining, portant sur les PER de Bon Espoir et Iracoubo Sud (détenus par Auplata). Il prévoit deux phases d’exploration avec des dépenses d’exploration engagées par Newmont pouvant aller jusqu’à 12 MUSD, permettant à Newmont de porter sa participation dans la coentreprise jusqu’à 75%, Auplata conservant les 25% restants.
